Photos from my trip to Charlottesville, Virginia to visit my best friend from High School, Meg.

Here is Meg, looking super cute! I did her hair for the
goth club night, The Dawning.

Meg, talking on her obnoxious telephone. The feathers got
in my mouth when I tried to talk on it. Ick!

This is Michelle, Meg's roommate. She was grading papers, I believe.
Meg and Michelle are grad students at UVA, in the English Department.

I really liked this statue, outside one of the libraries. He is a tribute
to the UVA vets of WWI, or some such. He receives regular "ball polishings,"
(presumably from drunken frat boys?) which is probably a good thing.
No one likes dirty 'nads, now do they?

Meg, on the lawn. It was bitter cold the day we decided to tromp
around and see the sights. I was impressed that both Thomas Jefferson and
Edgar Allen Poe walked this very place. There are ravens everywhere, too.
Quoth the raven, "EVERYWHERE." There's probably 3 or 4 in this photo, somewhere.

On Monday night of my visit, it snowed! They don't usually get snow, so this was a treat!
Michelle and Meg seemed to enjoy it...

Here, however, Meg appears to be most put off by a cheeky snowflake which has invaded her personal space!
